Science Experiments

Today Tasman (with the help of his mum and sister) showed us some science experiments.  We were using our observation skills to notice any changes going on.  Our senses came in very handy for this.

We noticed colour changes, we heard bubbling sounds and we learned about exothermic, which means giving off heat.  So when two chemicals were reacting the temperature of the liquid got warmer and warmer.

  1. Tasman: you did have a lot of cool things to share with your class and how exciting it must have been to have your mum and sister there to help you. Great observations Room 12. I can see you are on the way to becoming super Science learners. Exothermic is such a technical word but I bet you never forget it!!
